What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Elizabethtown, KY, and serve Hardin, LaRue County Kentucky and Southern Indiana. If your event is outside of this range, reach out—we may be able to travel for an additional fee.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance of your event to secure your date. Popular weekends and holidays fill up quickly! However, we can try to work with you if the event is sooner. We also offer grab-and-go services that are available same-day or within 24-48 hours.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! All installations include delivery and setup. We’ll also return for breakdown and pickup when needed. You also have the option to pick up.
How long do balloon installations last?
Indoors, balloons can last for several days (sometimes even weeks!). Outdoor balloons are more sensitive to heat, sunlight, and weather, so we design with durability in mind but recommend same-day setup for outdoor events.
What kinds of rentals do you offer?
In addition to balloon décor, we rent shimmer walls, light-up marquee letters/numbers, florals, and stylish backdrops to complete your event look.
Can I customize the colors and designs?
Absolutely! We’ll work with you to match your theme, brand colors, or event style. Every installation is custom-designed.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due before your event.
What’s the price range for your services?
Pricing depends on the size and style of your installation. Smaller balloon installations may start around $350, while large custom installations, marquees, and backdrops are priced individually. We’ll provide a detailed quote after a consultation.
